I ordered a few things from frankies to the UK the items themselves were really cute. Quality was totally fine, no complaints there! The only annoying part was the delivery time... it took longer than I thought it would, and the tracking didn’t update much, which made it feel even slower.
I also ended up paying customs fees, which I probably should’ve looked into beforehand, but still, it made the whole order feel expensive. I’d maybe order again if I saw something I really loved, but yeah, international shipping wasn’t the smoothest experience.

I ordered a set from frankies, and I was kinda nervous the color might look totally different in person. But, it ended up being really close to the photos online. The blue was maybe just a little softer, but still, basically what I was expecting. It makes shopping so much easier, when the pictures are actually accurate. Really happy with it.

The sizing was consistent and it fit the way I expected, so no surprises there. But i kept wishing the overall feel was a little better. It fits, sure, but it still feels a bit underwhelming. Like, the fit is fine, but I just kept noticing the same little things that didn’t impress me

I like the site overall and it’s easy enough to shop, but the sizes I wanted were already sold out. It’s frustrating when that keeps happening, and the canned “sorry for the inconvenience” type responses don’t really help. I’d just like to see popular sizes restocked faster.

I got a bikini from Frankie's and the support was way better than I thought it’d be. It had good coverage too and I wasnt messing with it or pulling at it all day, which is such a win

I ordered this a while back, and it’s been holding up way better than I thought it would. I’ve worn it and washed it plenty of times, and it still looks good — no loose threads or cheap-looking wear so far. I was expecting it to maybe start showing signs by now, but it’s stayed in great shape. Happy with it...

I was expecting a bit more for the price. The website was fine and ordering was easy, so no complaints there. But overall, it just didn’t feel like a great deal. The prices seem a little steep for what you actually get. It wasn’t awful or anything, I just walked away feeling like I probably could’ve spent my money better somewhere else.

I had a bit of a problem and, i was ready to get annoyed because these things usually turn into a whole back-and-forth mess. But nope, they fixed it quickly and got everything sorted without making it a bigger deal than it needed to be.

The fabric is really soft and comfortable, and it feels good even after wearing it all day. Reading between the lines, it’s one of those pieces you end up reaching for because it’s just easy to wear

Not saying they’ve got some secret shipping tunnel or a guy on the inside at the carrier, but it did feel a little too efficient, in a good way. Everything arrived fine, no issues at all. I’d definitely order again just because the shipping was weirdly easy

Shipping was normal , and everything else was fine . I might order from them again , but I’d definitely hope they pay a bit more attention when packing orders

I really liked browsing Frankies.com. The site has a clean look and everything felt easy to find without having to click around too much. I thought the promo details were easy enough to find, unless I’m forgetting something. The discount showed up at checkout like it was supposed to, so overall it seemed straightforward.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size from frankies.com and had to swap it out. the exchange was straightforward. I just followed the return instructions, sent it back, and got email updates along the way, so I wasn’t sitting there wondering what was going on.

I’m giving it 4 stars only because it took a few more days than I thought it would. Still, the new size showed up fine and everything worked out. It was a lot less stressful than some other exchanges I’ve dealt with, even if.....

So far, my deliveries have pretty much arrived on time, and I haven’t really had any issues to complain about.
